Apple is said to be considering releasing the iTunes application for Android.
Apple is considering a music download service to compete with Spotify . Experts say the move could prevent iTunes store sales from falling when online music services become popular.
The source that Billboard cited said: ' Apple has opened exploration negotiations with senior executives in charge of the brand about the possibility of launching an on-demand streaming music service. The service will compete with Spotify and Beats Music, according to three people close to the talks '. The same source said, ' Apple is also thinking of launching iTunes apps for Android phones .'
Irving Azoff , manager of the Eagles group, singer Christina Aguilera and many other artists, told the press: 'There are really changing moments, I think people are going to try many different services, whether it is iTunes, Spotify or other brands'.
