  1. Heavy cream: 200ml
  2. Gelatin: 5 leaves
  3. Vanilla: 1 fruit
  4. Egg yolks: 4 pcs
  5. Fresh milk: 350ml
  6. Sugar: 100g

Steps to take

Step 1:  Soak gelatin leaves in very cold water, you can add ice to water to increase the coldness for soft gelatin water.
