Netbook NB520 is a high-end product of the NB500 series with 5 different colors: brown, blue, dark blue, copper, orange on a metal surface that is quite sophisticatedly designed. Along with Harman / Kardon's multi-channel 2W stereo system for realistic sound when listening to music or watching HD movies (720p).

NB520 uses Intel Atom N550 processor with up to 2GB of DDR3 RAM, hard drive capacity up to 320GB and 10.1-inch (25.654 cm) screen. When folded, the machine front thickness is 16.6mm, the rear is 35.5mm. Machine weighs 1.32kg. It is currently the thinnest and lightest product on the market, equipped with a 2-core Intel Atom processor. Representative of Toshiba said that the selling price of this product in Vietnam market in the first quarter of 2011 was VND 10,899,000.

NB520 has 5 eye-catching colors suitable for young people.

NB520's outstanding entertainment support feature Sleep & Music allows users to use Harman / Kardon speaker systems as portable mini speakers. No need to start the netbook, users can still enjoy their favorite music on an MP3 or mobile phone that is played back through the computer speakers via a 3.5mm jack connected to the microphone.

The product also comes with a Sleep & Charge feature that allows users to charge their electronic devices such as phones, music players, etc. while the netbook is off.

Toshiba has also improved the connectivity of this entertainment laptop by adding a USB 3.0 port that delivers 10 times the speed of USB 2.0. It also has webcam and Bluetooth 3.0 for 8 times higher data transfer rates than the older generation.

Along with NB520 product, Toshiba also introduced the thin NB505 model to meet the user's daily computing needs. This is a thin, light mobile device that meets the basic needs of users at an affordable price.
