Scalpel

After accumulating 5, Crimson Firescale can fire a cluster of 5 fireballs that explode on impact. These fireballs deal 238 damage each (280% of normal damage).

There are some downsides to using Crimson Firescale. For starters, this isn't the most accurate weapon, capable of firing considerable projectiles at long range. Get an inscription to increase the accuracy and stability of this gun and reduce the collection requirement from 5 to 3 to use weapon skills.
