Previously, this application was available as a Win32 application for older Surface devices, but now, Microsoft's new Surface computers cannot install Win32 applications from outside the Windows Store, it will release right in this store. Users with Surface laptops running Windows 10 S can now download and use the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit to find essential information about their devices such as battery problems and fix some common problems.
