Strangely, the catfish from the sky to the pool is still alive

A man in Florida, USA was investigating a rather strange incident in his house, a fish fell from the sky, hit the roof, entered the pool and it was still alive.

Specifically, Leonard Vanderpool said that he and his wife were watching TV on Monday evening and heard a loud bang from the porch. He went out and suddenly saw a catfish swimming in his backyard pool.

Vanderpool told WFLA-TV: " I saw a fish swimming in the water tank, it fell from the porch and fell into the pool, and the blow never killed it . "

In such a strange situation, Vanderpool called Winter Haven police to help catch the fish from the pool. However, it took a long time to witness, explain, and convince police officers that this was not a joke.

' You can't believe a fish came down from the sky and now he's swimming in his pool, ' Vanderpool told WTVT-TV.

Finally, the police officers also helped Vanderpool catch the fish out of the pool.

Vanderpool said: " The fish swam like crazy, it took us 10 minutes to get him out of the pool and put it in a big bucket.

The Vanderpools and the police finally came to the conclusion that there may have been a bird of prey catching this catfish out of the water and turning it into a meal. However, the bird accidentally dropped the fish, the fish fell to the porch and slid into the pool.

Leonard Vanderpool said: " Fish can be slightly injured because of its horn due to the impact and on its back there are many strange footprints ."

But fortunately, the fish was not seriously injured and was released back into nearby Ruby Lake.
