Pokémon Sleep is developed by Select Button and published by The Pokémon Company, the unit that released the Pokémon GO game that once caused a worldwide fever.

Pokémon Sleep was originally scheduled to release in 2020, but has since been rescheduled.

Basically, Pokémon Sleep is a sleep tracker that divides sleep into 3 categories: doze, doze, and deep sleep. Players only need to sleep to be able to interact with Pokémon. Depending on the type of sleep, the player can attract different types of creatures.

The setting of Pokémon Sleep takes place on a small island with the participation of Snorlax (a type of Pokémon that only sleeps) and a Pokémon sleep researcher named Professor Neroli.

The more you play, the more players will have the opportunity to unlock rare sleep patterns, attracting many different Pokémon, most especially Pikachu.

In addition to Pokémon Sleep, The Pokémon Company also introduced a new device, Pokémon GO Plus Plus. A new device that ships with Pokémon GO and acts as a sleep tracker for Pokémon Sleep.

Previously, The Pokémon Company had achieved great success with the Pokémon GO game launched in 2016. After 3 years of launch, the game has had 1 billion downloads, reaching revenue of 2.65 billion USD.

Pokémon Sleep is slated to launch on both iOS and Android. But The Pokémon Company has not announced an official release date for this game.
