According to The Wall Street Journal, Samsung compared the eyeball reading technology, specifically confirming iris-based identity, with fingerprint scanning technology being applied in the latest phones today.
'The irises contain unique prints, with more than just fingerprints, and are expected to be more effective in bio-identification technology than fingerprint or retina scanning ,' according to Samsung tissue.
