You may think that 'Multicloud' and 'Hybrid Coud' are the same, but no, they are different stages in the development of cloud computing.

You may be familiar with the concepts of 'Public Cloud', 'Private Cloud' or 'Hybrid Cloud', translating as 'public cloud', 'private cloud' and 'hybrid cloud'. Now it's time to get acquainted with a new concept: 'Multicloud', roughly translated as 'multi-cloud', another step forward in cloud computing technology.
What is multicloud?
Multicloud refers to the use of more than one common cloud. This happens when businesses avoid wanting to be dependent on a cloud service provider. Instead, they choose good services from each side to serve their work.
Where are multicloud and Hybrid Cloud different?
Hybrid Cloud only uses the combination of Public Cloud (infrastructure for everyone) and Private Cloud (data center of a single customer). If you use a lot of public clouds together with a private cloud, it still counts as Multicloud.
Depending on the needs of use, businesses can combine data cloud types
There is also Pragmatic Hybrid Cloud, which only uses the enterprise's traditional data center combined with the common cloud. The introduction of this tricky solution is because businesses do not trust their own clouds and combine what they have with the common cloud.
Trend of using Multicloud
A recognizable trend is that the use of cloud computing is becoming more and more complex. A few years ago, we only thought about moving to the clouds to help with the burden, but when the hybrid rattan architecture becomes more attractive because it gives businesses more choices.
Multicloud will be the next attractive option as both Google and Microsoft bring useful common cloud platforms, not to mention Amazon Web Servies, the first name in the cloud village. Other providers, including IBM, HP Enterprise or Oracle, all started to jump into the game, although less successful, giving businesses more options.
