Microsoft said that in the past few weeks, it has been distributing updates to Windows Phone users in the US to increase Bing's voice recognition rate to double, while accuracy is up 15%. The company said that the core of this innovation lies in a technology called Deep Neural Networks ( DNN) built by Microsoft Research. It applies even when the speech is turned into text and when searching by voice.

DNN can recognize the speaking style of users according to the method used by the nervous system.

When DNN is combined with Bing 's huge database, it will make Bing's voice recognition better and " more human ". In addition, the company has other tweaks to help Bing eliminate noise.

In the video below you will see the difference in speed and accuracy between two Windows Phone machines before and after being updated.
