X230 is the latest model of the X series, the X220 upgrade was released last year. This product has a 12.5-inch screen that uses high-end IPS panels, but has a resolution of just 1,366 x 768 pixels, just like regular laptops. The overall design of the X230 is not much different from the X220. It has Lenovo's new chiclet-style keyboard recently and has a backlight for use in low-light conditions.
The following X230 uses 4 GB of RAM, a 300 GB hard drive, a new generation Intel Core i processor. It also has two USB 3.0 ports, VGA and MiniDVI.
The product has a reference price of about 1,200 USD.
