Samsung has confirmed it will announce Galaxy S9 on February 25, and soon after, the official image of this highly anticipated smartphone has appeared.

The Korean phone maker plans to officially reveal the Galaxy S9 at the Mobile World Congress conference next month. The invitation to the press has revealed that there will be improvements to the camera, but S9's design is still rumored to be like S8.

VentureBeat recently posted a picture of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 + coming from leak specialist Evan Blass. Accordingly, the front of the S9 is similar to the S8, there is no bezel and still has the Bixby open button in a less convenient position than before.

Galaxy S9 has a 5.8-inch screen, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 chip with 4GB RAM and 64GB memory. The S9 Plus is bigger with a 6.2-inch 6GB RAM screen and 128GB memory.

Both phones are updated with hardware compared to S8. Camera improvements are expected to have a wide range of apertures on the main camera 12 megapixels, from f / 2.4 to f / 1.5.

Although there is no back-side image, according to the source, the fingerprint sensor will lie along the camera, in a more convenient position, instead of on the side like on S8.

Both the S9 and S9 + have an 8 megapixel selfie camera and two-channel speakers. According to VentureBeat, these phones will be available from March 16.
