How to Sync Your iPhone to iTunes

This wikiHow teaches you how to select and sync content stored on your desktop, like music, movies, and TV shows, to your iPhone. Connect your iPhone to a desktop computer. Use the USB cable that came with your device.

Syncing Over USB
