How to prevent others from copying and editing Word files
In case you send a word file to a friend without having them edit or copy your post. but you do not know how to not copy and edit the word file. Only a few simple steps below are your files protected absolutely.

Step 1 : Open the Word file and select the Review menu and then select Protect Document
Step 2 : In the Protect Document dialog box, select Restrict Formatting and editing
Step 3 : In Editing Restriction , check the Allow only this types of editing box in the document and select Filling in forms in the box below. Then, click Yes, Start Enforcing Protection
Step 4 : Enter the password and click OK
With these simple steps, you can protect your word files more safely. If they want to copy or edit, they must know the password you set.
