How to insert tables, format tables in word

I. Insert the table
Step 1: Put the cursor in the position to insert
Step 2: Go to insert, at Table tab select table:
1. Quickly select the table to insert: select the number of rows and columns
2. Go to Insert Table: Show tables
-> Number of columns: choose the number of columns
-> Number of rows: choose the number of rows

3. Insert excel sheet: choose Excel Spreadsheets: format as excel spreadsheet
4. Insert tables in the form available, quick insert: Quick Tables

II. Format table
Left-click the mouse 2 times on the table: on the toolbar, add Design tab

1. Format the lines for the board
In Table style: select the type of table to display
Choose the color of the board line: Design -> Table style -> Boder -> Borders and Shading, then the following table appears.

-> Style: The line style for the board
-> Color: The color of the grid line
-> With: Line widths table
-> Setting:
• None: there is no table line
• Box: Draw a border around
• All: Draw all the lines .

2. Fill the board with color:
-> Fill background color: Design -> Table style -> Shading: select the required color, if you want to choose more colors select 'More color'
-> Drop the background color Design -> Table style -> Shading -> No color

3. Change the width of rows and columns
-> Change the width of some columns or unequal row size: move the mouse to the position of vertical or horizontal lines, when a 2-way arrow appears, drag the mouse to change the width of rows and columns.
-> Change the width of rows and columns evenly:
• Left click the mouse 2 times on the table: on the toolbar, add Layout tab
• Highlight rows and columns that need adjusting widths: Layout -> Cell Size:
o Hight: adjust column width
o Width: adjust row width
