Part 3: Keyboard shortcuts F7, F8, ., F12
As Tips Make introduced in the previous sections:

To continue in this Part 3, Tips Make would like to summarize for you how to use shortcut keys with the F key from F7, F8, ., F12 with detailed explanations, easy-to-understand illustrations.
1) F7 key: access task of spelling and grammar checking
This function corresponds to the Tools menu - Spellings and Grammars in Word 2003 or the Review menu - Spellings and Grammars in other versions.This function Tips Make will introduce more for you in the following article.
2) F8 key: expand the selection
After highlighting a small paragraph in a text, the more you press F8, the wider the selection (the area you highlight) until the whole text is highlighted.To cancel the selection with F8, press Ctrl + Z
3) F9 key: update for the currently selected data field

5) F11 key: move to the next field
For example, in this article, the accountant inserts links in different pages.To move the mouse cursor to the links in order from top to edit just bring the mouse cursor to the top of the text and press the F11 key, we will get the results as in the image:
6) F12 key: perform the task of saving the currently working document with another name
This shortcut corresponds to the File - Save As menu in Word 2003 or the Microsoft Office Button - Save As in higher versions.Tips Make, for example:
You are editing a text with the name: 'PHP COURSE & MYSQL' as shown in the image below:
When you are done, you want to save with another name as 'Learning web programming', you just press a single key F12, a dialog box will appear, you enter the words 'Learning web programming' in place 'File name' as shown in the image below and click on 'Save':
