Quick formatting of words appears many times on Word
With Word documents having different format text, and we want to apply this format to all the remaining paragraphs, we can use the Format Painter tool. This tool will copy the format of any paragraph, and then apply it to other paragraphs. However, with a Word document with many repeating words, using Format Painter will take a lot of time because you have to find those words, then change the format. There is a very simple way to do it, quickly changing the format of repeating words in Word documents, no need to search.

Quick formatting guide for word repeat on Word
Step 1:
In the text you need to edit the format of the word repeatedly, click the Home tab and then click the Replace button .
Step 2:
The Find & Replace dialog box appears. Here, click on the More button to open additional options.
Step 3:
The list below will appear. First, select Match case and Find whole words only so that Word can choose the exact word you want to find, which is repeated many times in Word.
Then click on the Find what and Replace item with the word you want to change the format.
Step 4:
Then go to Repacle then click Format button , select Font . then find the format we want to replace.
Here the user can change the font, font style, font size, font color and some other formats, depending on the text formatting requirements. You can preview words with the new format below. Click OK to save.
Step 5:
Returning to the Find & Replace interface will see that the word appears many times to change to another format, click the Replace All button on the Find and Replace window to replace the word with its formatted version.
We will then be informed of the number of words that have been replaced in accordance with the format you selected. Click OK to make format changes from batch.

Using the Format Painter tool on Word to copy the format only applies to the text, but for words that appear many times we need to follow the above method. The essence of this way is to use the Find & Replace feature, but has been added the font format for the word you want to replace.
