Quick Formatting Guide for Word Repeat on Word

Step 1:

In the text you need to edit the format of the Word repeatedly, click the Home tab and then click the Replace button.

Step 2:

The Find & Replace dialog box appears. Here, click on the More button to open additional options.

The list below will appear. First, select Match case and Find whole words only so that Word can choose the exact Word you want to find, which is repeated many times in Word.
