1. Pate: Set print page

  1. Print area: Select the print area

  3. Columns to repeat at left: Repeat the left column heading for the following.
  4. Gridlines: Print entire gridlines
  5. Row and columns heading: Print both row and column headings
  6. Down then over: Number the page vertically
  7. Over, then down: Number the page horizontally

II Printing

1. Print preview

  1. Method 1: File / Print preview
  2. Method 2: Click on the Print Preview icon on the Standard toolbar

2. In

  1. Method 1: Left-click the Print icon on the toolbar

  2. Method 2: File / Print (or Ctrl + P key combination)
  3. The Print dialog box appears
    1. Name: Select the name of the device to print
    2. All: Print all
    3. Page (s): Print from page .. to page ..
    4. Number of copies: Enter the number of copies to be printed.
