Microsoft Word has a command that forces the printer to reverse print information in each print job.

Step 1: Open Word, then click Options> Advanced .

2. Reverse the print order in the printer

3. Reverse the print order in all applications and printers

If you cannot find the print reverse command or select the printer's Preferences box or in the application's print dialog box, simply enter the number of pages you want to print in reverse order in the Page Range dialog box.

For example, if you want to print pages 1 to 5 of the document, enter "5-1" as shown above, then click Print .
