How to create text color changing effects in PowerPoint
Power Point's applications always help users to focus on the content being shown, create an impression on the viewers, increase the professionalism for the slide show. Dynamic effects in Power Point are used in many cases and apply to different content and details depending on the presentation purpose of each person.
With the color change effect, we will have the option to change the color of any letter or change the color of all letters in the phrase that we want to highlight in the presentation slide. 1. Change the color of any text in Power Point
Step 1:
At the interface in the slide, click Insert and select Text box to draw text boxes .
Next, you draw the first frame . We will write the first letter and then edit the format , color, size of the letter as you like.
Step 2:
Press Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V to copy the first box to the other boxes to have the correct format of the word without you having to edit it for each letter.
After that we just need to correct the letter .
Step 3:
Once you have entered all the letters, to align the letters more aligned we highlight all the letter boxes and click Format , select Allign> Allign Top to make the text box aligned. If the words are not evenly spaced, then align them accordingly.
Step 4:
Once the text has been aligned successfully, highlight the whole text, then click on the Annimations tab and select the Fly in effect, or another effect of your choice.
Now we need to select the text we want to change the color of, then copy that text box right down below as shown below. Here will color the 3 letters Q, T and M.
Step 5:
Next, highlight the newly copied text boxes, then select the color you want to change the text for.
The text then changes color as shown below.
Step 6:
Also continue to highlight the changed text , click the Annimations tab , then choose the Split effect .
Then we press the upper and lower Q at the same time, then click the Format tab , select Allign and then select Allign Top .
Then click on Allign again and select Allign Left so that the lower Q overlaps the upper Q, then the two words will overlap.
The result is as shown below. You continue with the other words you want to change colors. Now we try the slideshow and click the mouse to see the effect of changing the text color automatically.
2. How to change the color of all text in Power Point
The color change for the entire phrase is simpler than for the optional color.
Step 1:
We also click in the Text box and draw the frame, write the complete word .
Then choose to add color to the text or to black the same.
Step 2:
Click the Animations tab and then select the Fly in effect .
Step 3:
Click on the text and select Copy to copy one more line below.
Then we choose the color for the text we want to change.
Step 4:
Click on the Animations tab and then select the Split effect for the text.
Now highlight all 2 word clusters and then click Format , select Allign and then click Allign Top to put the two words in a row. Then also click on Allign Left so that the two words are stacked.
Results 2 lines were stacked. Now we just need to play to see how the font change effect looks like.
