How to write text to change colors on Facebook to create special effects

Facebook has been testing these for a while. You may have seen them on posts with the words "congratulation" or "xoxo" (or some of its variants.) When posting, these words appear with different colors and click they will show short animation (eg balloons or heart shapes).

Now, Facebook is updating the list of words to activate these animations. Additions include: "rad", "bff", "lmao" and "thank you so much". All of these words will have their own color and animation effects.

Currently in Vietnam you can write the word "bff" with a pretty funny smashing effect.

Facebook is also updating animation related to responding to "life events", such as engagement and wedding. Now, when people add reactions to "life events", it will appear with updated animations.

These updates are the latest way that Facebook transforms colorful animations to spark the message board. Adding more animations and features like colorful status updates is one way to accomplish that goal. Either way, get ready to see more emoji on Facebook.
