At the hotel restaurant, customers will be served by robots. The capsule-shaped robots about 1 meter tall, will serve food and wet towels to guests, dedicated robotic arms that can blend more than 20 different cocktails. Face scanner automatically identifies the customer identity to charge the room price.
The hotel gym is also arranged with a variety of treadmill and different modern equipment.
To check out, the user will access the application and confirm. When the customer steps out, the room will automatically lock. Costs will be calculated via Alibaba e-wallet. After successful payment, Alibaba's system will immediately delete the customer's face scanning data.
In fact, the hotel still uses people on some jobs such as reception, cleaning staff, chefs. Reception will assist customers who do not want to scan their faces and use electronic locks, regular check-in procedures.
Flyzoo hotel consists of 290 rooms, each night here is priced from 205 USD. Flyzoo is seen as an exhibition by Alibaba, where it experimented with new technologies aimed at the hospitality industry, while demonstrating its strength in the field of artificial intelligence.
