For months, Ultrabook Dell 6430u users have been constantly complaining about their stinking smell when it comes to buying. Recently, representatives of Dell said, this is a detailed error in the previous production process and not related to biological pollution issues.

According to Dell, the manufacturing process caused a stinking phenomenon on some of its 6400u Ultrabook models that were completely replaced. Parts of the device were thoroughly reviewed, re-examined, and Dell also acknowledged that the phenomenon was completely unrelated to the smell of the cat's urine or any other biological material.

In June, users began to complain about the smell of the ultrabook Dell 6430u model. Now Dell user support has advised customers to clean the keyboard of the device. However, two months later, the company continued to receive complaints from new users.

In response to complaints yesterday, Dell said it would soon replace 'faulty' components from the old production process and insisted that the new Dell 6430u models wouldn't have a bad smell.
