Arknights tips for beginners

Arknights is an RPG, tower defense, strategy building game with great depth and gameplay. Get new characters ASAP

At first, the game will provide a certain amount of Orundum (the premium currency in the game) and the player needs to use all of them as soon as possible to strengthen their forces. Don't worry about saving Orundum for a specific banner, because everyone will get more later.

Level up 3 star characters

In Arknights, upgrade materials are very important and it is best to save them for characters that are really useful. Therefore, in the early stages of the game, gamers should focus on upgrading 3-star characters. Despite having lower stats and weaker skills, this promotion will bring quite a lot of advantages.

Players only need 10,000 Lungmen to upgrade their character to Elite 1. The initial battles in some worlds are easy enough that powerful characters are not needed.

The 3-star character also gives various useful bonuses to factories, trading stations, and many other facilities in the base.

Preparing for the new character banner

In Arknights, character banners switch back and forth quite often. The game guarantees a 5 star or higher character for the first 10 gacha pulls. This is why people need to save enough to pull each banner up to 10 times and get the reward.

Gather a strong team

Arknights has 8 character classes: Guard, Vanguard, Defender, Medic, Sniper, Specialist, Caster and Supporter. Each class has its own strengths and weaknesses, but they can all be useful in certain situations.

In general, gamers should upgrade at least 2 characters per class. The two classes Specialist and Supporter should be left last because they only shine in certain situations, while gamers need to focus on damage in the first few worlds.

Complete daily and weekly quests
