6 acts are considered negative but reality is very positive

Crying, lonely, feeling lost, wanting to be different, angry or stubborn are not negative things. Trying to get along with everyone who doesn't live with the right people is what makes you not really happy.

Have you ever blamed yourself for doing an action or behavior that doesn't please everyone? For example, you have recently failed and cried for something, feeling yourself too weak or being treated unfairly. We all experience these emotions from time to time but never feel regret or apologize for showing your true self.

People are emotional creatures and all these actions are too normal in this world. We are forced to "put on ourselves" a smiling face and pretend for the benefit of others.

However, do not regret having lived like that.

6 acts are considered negative but reality is very positive

1. Feel lost

In this world, finding your own path is difficult. People are constantly telling you about the next step you need to take, how to improve your life or what you should do after graduating from college. However, if you do not have an answer in your heart, then you will begin to feel lonely and confused.

We are constantly reminded of the way we should go, but we have never been asked to be skeptical about that choice. Feeling lost is part of your growth and it is part of your journey.

Always remember, no one really knows what they are doing in this world. All are just a game and we are still learning the rules every day. So, "embrace" the lostness.

You never know what you will discover until you leave the paved road and create your own path.

2. Show anger or frustration

Although many people consider anger to be unstable, volatile and negative, it is still a natural emotion of people. However, what you do when you're angry is a completely different story.

It can be realized that after a dramatic debate or confrontation, you will feel softer and more relaxed. So, showing your anger out can free you from what makes you feel so heavy as long as what you do (including actions and words) doesn't harm others.

Anger comes when we get "bad play" and it also shows that emotions can create positive change. For example, by telling others how you feel about them, they will understand your point and will likely change your thinking based on your perception of the story. Repressing anger will often lead to more serious problems while releasing that feeling outside can help you not be "imprisoned" in that "spiritual prison".

You should not shout at others or take actions that hurt them. However, you can definitely hold your ground and let others know how you feel. Never regret your feelings. They exist for a reason.

3. Crying

Like other emotions, many people often hide their sadness because they don't like crying. Obviously, no one likes sadness but the tears that are born have its purpose.

Tears help us to tell others how we feel so they may know that we need help. No one knows all the answers and sometimes, we feel frustrated, bored, confused and in crisis. And at that time, all we could do was cry.

So, don't consider crying as an enemy. It can help you heal, relax and fill your body as well as your mind with positive emotions again.

A 2008 study conducted at the University of South Florida found that crying can help us improve our mood and calm ourselves more effectively than any antidepressant (80% of participants). After crying, it felt better while only 8% was worse than the beginning.

4. Loneliness

We live in a socialized world. So it is not uncommon to feel pressured to constantly do something for / with others. At such times, being alone gives you unexpected benefits.

First, you will never really feel comfortable being surrounded by many people until you learn to appreciate and feel happy with those relationships. We are forced to go deeper and towards higher energies to truly understand and love ourselves.

Only when we feel comfortable with loneliness can we feel comfortable when we are with others. The world is a place full of surprises and therefore, absolutely nothing bad if you take the time to recharge your energy alone in the quiet of your favorite home or place.

5. Differences

We all want to be surrounded as children but now we are grown up. It seems everyone wants to stand out.

I want to be another person, leave my mark for life and live with my true self. To do this, we will have to constantly question the world around us and make it clear whether we feel satisfied with it.

Most people will have unhappy things about this world but really act against it and want to make things better will require courage and creativity. However, they will make a difference from everyone, form a new trend, a new way of their own - true to their hearts and intuition.

Challenging the current trend - something everyone does and knows - that is, you have to hear the inner voice of your head being overwhelmed by the voices of many others - always pointing to giving you a way to live and you should not regret being true to yourself. Try to get along just making you separate from the crowd. Only you can help you overcome it.

6. Stubborn

People often view stubbornness as a negative personality but being steadfast in their choices is not always a bad thing.

For example, if you want to travel around the world but your parents and friends think it is irresponsible and not allowed, at this point you may have to speak up and start listing. All the benefits of taking the time to explore the lives of the regions to convince them.

Stubborn means you know what your heart wants and also shows that others never understand what you really crave.
