1. Diabetes

According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, skipping breakfast may increase the risk of diabetes in women.

Especially women who eat breakfast on average from 0-6 times / week are twice as likely to have diabetes than those who eat breakfast daily.

2. Heart disease

A study published in July 2013 in Circulation magazine said that eating breakfast reduces the risk of heart disease in men between the ages of 45 and 82 years.

In addition, the study also demonstrated that giving up breakfast contributes to high blood pressure, insulin resistance, and high blood sugar levels.
