Vsmart Live, a Vietnamese brand smartphone, has recently been evaluated on DxO Mark, a well-known worldwide camera rating organization.

Vsmart Live, a Vietnamese brand smartphone, has recently been evaluated on DxO Mark, a well-known worldwide camera rating organization.

Vsmart Live is equipped with a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution. The power of the device comes from Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chip, 6GB RAM. The device runs Google's Android 9 operating system.

Vsmart Live has a 20MP front camera. The cluster of 3 cameras includes:

  1. Main camera: 48MP 1 / 2.25 '' sensor, f / 1.7 equivalent to 25 mm, PDAF.
  2. Super wide angle: 8MP 1 / 3.6 '' sensor, f / 2.2 equivalent to 14.4mm, AF.
  3. Depth sensor: 5MP sensor 1/5 ″.

Vsmart Live scored 87 points, ranked low on the DxO Mark rankings, similar to other mid-range devices like Motorola One Zoom.

In proper conditions, photos taken by Vsmart Live are beautiful in pleasing colors.

According to DxO, Vsmart Live displays colors quite well. In strong light, the photo taken is quite high in detail. However, in most lighting conditions, noise appears quite clearly.

Vsmart Live zoom image for low level of detail, strong noise, this is evident in the long zoom distance. This is because Live lacks a dedicated zoom camera.

Super wide angle provides wide viewing angle, but the image quality is not high.

The super wide-angle camera with 8MP sensor of the camera on Live provides quite wide viewing angles, but shows noise.

In terms of video, Vsmart Live is capable of recording movies up to 4K, clocking in at 2160p / 30fps. Because video performance was poor on most test types, Vsmart Live's video score on the DxO Mark page was quite low, at 78 points.

Tests show that video footage is overexposed, has low level of detail, noise and poor autofocusing capabilities. This makes Vsmart Live not a device that users choose many videos to choose.
