VOS 3.0 for Vsmart Live: Interface Makeover, Android 10

Changes in features and interface of VOS 3.0 Beta 1 on Vsmart Live. Because this is the first Beta version, these features may be changed on the official version.

Android 10 with gesture navigation

VOS 3.0 is based on the latest Android 10 platform of Google, so it has some features like Dark Mode, gesture navigation, better privacy protection.

Included with this update is Google's latest security patch (April 2020).

The main screen (homescreen) is completely new

The main screen of VOS 3.0 is completely new with an impressive launcher and colorful icon sets.

The list of applications (App Drawer) is also different, instead of vertical scrolling as before, in VOS 3.0 users will scroll horizontally into pages.

Weather widget of VOS 3.0 has built-in air quality index AQI (Air Quality Index), which almost no other smartphone manufacturer does.

VOS 3.0 has built-in wallpapers in a flat and minimal design style. Users can also customize the interface through the theme store (Themes) of VinSmart.

The application interface is updated with a uniform design language

Applications titles that use larger and bolded fonts.

Icons on the status bar, animated when the user plugged in the charger or the volume control bar. were also changed.

New applications: Weather, VinSmart Browser, Clear junk.

Vsmart Info, VOS 3.0's weather application, has a simple interface with detailed information and is still user friendly. This application has built-in air quality index AQI, which many Vietnamese people are interested in. Weather data of the application provided by AccuWeather.

The VinSmart Browser application is based on the Chromium kernel and looks quite similar to Google Chrome. The application is integrated with Adblock. VinSmart Browser is still in the process of finishing, so it is still relatively sketchy.

VOS 3.0 has a built-in garbage application (clean junk files, temporary files, increase RAM space and scan for security threats) to increase the performance of the application.

Currently, VOS 3.0 is being tested with a limited group of users. VinSmart will launch the official VOS 3.0 version in the near future.
