It uses the second generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 chips and a high-speed 7200 RPM hard drive. The visual experience is enhanced by the discrete AMD Radeon graphics processor with 1 GB of graphics memory, powerful enough to allow the display connection to four screens at a time.

TECRA R840 is built in High Stiffness Resin structure, reinforcing the computer case with beams attached to the laptop, making the system solid, resisting curvature.
