Symantec's November 1 announcement said the company is ready to release Mobile AntiVirus 4.0 for Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system.
Mobile AntiVirus 4.0 is designed to protect digital personal support devices (PDA) and smart phones running Windows Mobile 5.0 software.
Source: phonemag Mobile AntiVirus 4.0 is expected to reach consumers on November 10 through Symantec's direct sales and business channels.
Symantec will allow customers to test Mobile AntiVirus 4.0 before deciding to buy a license to use this security software.
