First, you need to grasp the rule for typing accents in the text: the dots (.) Or commas (,) must always be immediately after the character (without the space ahead) and then a space then the next character.If you don't want to find and delete extra spaces manually, both time-consuming and sometimes missing . you can create a macro so Word automatically does the work for you.
- Step 1: Start Word, go to Tools Macro Record New Macro menu. Now the Macro Record dialog box appears, type tudongkiemtra in the Macro name box, other options to default. Then click OK .
- Step 2: On the screen, Word appears a Stop Recording toolbar
serving for Macro collection.Your cursor will be accompanied by a tape.Click on the Edit Replace menu.In the Find and Replace dialog box, type the search characters in the Find what box and the alternate character in the Replace with box.For example, here I type in the Find what box is the space and the dot (.), Replace with is the dot (.).Then click Replace All to find and replace the entire text.Do the same for the rest of the marks, such as spaces and commas (,) that will be replaced by commas (,), whitespace and exclamation marks (!) That will be replaced by exclamation points (!) .- Step 3: Click Stop Recording on the toolbar.
- Step 4: Go to Tools Customize menu. The Customize dialog box appears, then click on Keyboard . In the Categories frame, select Macros, in the Macros frame next to you select the item tudongkiemtra . In the Press new shortcut key section , type the memorable hotkey in this box, for example Ctrl + Alt + B. Then click Assign .
From now on every time you need to remove the extra space in the document, you just need to type the hotkey Ctrl + Alt + B to finish, quickly.
