This cheap hybrid laptop from Sony comes pre-installed with Windows 8.1 OS. Inside, the machine is equipped with Intel's Pentium N3520 chip, which is 2.16 GHz. It also comes with Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 image editing software with copyright. Flip 11A has an 11.6-inch IPS screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution, NFC support, and a 128GB SSD with 4GB of RAM. Also it seems that the device is currently only sold in the US market. It is not clear whether Sony will sell in other markets.

One information that many users are interested in is that after Sony resold Vaio computers to Japanese investment firm Japan Industrial Partners (JIP), how the product warranty policy will be affected. When we looked at the Sony Vietnam home page, we found that Sony is now offering a commitment to "carry out after-sales services and support for all VAIO computers sold with Sony brand in accordance with Sony's law and warranty policy " . In the commitment, Sony only mentioned "Vaio machines sold", so it is unclear which policy Sony will apply to the Vaio products that have not been launched as Flip 11A.
