Sony has just introduced the thinnest and lightest laptop PC VAIO TT currently equipped with a Blu-ray drive. VAIO TT weighs less than 1kg and is 2.54cm thin.

It features an 11.1-inch XBRITE-DuraView LCD screen, displaying 1280x768 pixels that allows viewing high-definition Blu-ray movies. The case of the device is made of lightweight carbon fiber.

Models of the VAIO TT series include an Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 processor, support for HDMI output, Bluetooth connectivity, fingerprint recognition and noise-canceling headphones.
