Some shortcuts in Excel you need to know

You often work with Excel, but do these keyboard shortcuts ever be used? The use of shortcuts helps you manipulate faster, much more professional.

1. Shortcut Function:

Ctrl + A Select the whole worksheet

Ctrl + C Copy.Enter: paste once.

Ctrl + V paste multiple times

Ctrl + F Turn on the search dialog

Ctrl + H Turn on the search and replace dialog box.

Ctrl + N Create a new blank worksheet

Ctrl + P Turn on the print dialog box

Ctrl + S Save the spreadsheet

Ctrl + X cuts a currently selected content

Ctrl + Z Restore previous action

Ctrl + * Select the data range related to the current cell.

Ctrl + F4, Alt + F4 Close the spreadsheet, close Excel

2. Shortcuts in move:

Ctrl + Arrow Moves to the next data area

Ctrl + Home Go to cell A1

Ctrl + End to the last data cell

Ctrl + Shift + Home Select from current cell to cell A1

Ctrl + Shift + End Select from the current cell to the last data cell

3. Shortcuts in format:

Ctrl + B: Bold format

Ctrl + I: Italic format.

Ctrl + U: Underline format

Ctrl + 1: Display the Format Cells dialog box.

4. Insert columns, rows, spreadsheets:

Ctrl + Spacebar: Insert column

Shift + Spacebar: Insert a line

Shift + F11: Insert a new worksheet

5. Array formula:

Ctrl + G: Turn on the Go to dialog box to go to a named array in the spreadsheet.

Shift + F3: Enter the formula with the Insert Function window

Ctrl + Shift + Enter: End an array formula

Ctrl + F3: Name the array for a range of data.

F3: Paste an array name into the formula.

Hide columns.

Ctrl + 0: Hide the currently selected column.

Ctrl + Shift + 0: Show hidden columns in the currently selected area

Select discontinuous cell areas

To select range of cells, the range is not continuous.You use the mouse and hold Ctrl to select the discontinuous cell areas to select.

Switch between open spreadsheets.

Ctrl + Tab, or Ctrl + F6 to switch between open worksheets.

Switch between worksheets (sheet)

Ctrl + Page Up: Switch to the previous sheet.

Ctrl + Page Down: Move to the next sheet

Paste content for multiple cells at once.

Select the content to copy, press Ctrl + C.
Enter the address of the cell area to paste the content into the Name Box on the Fomular bar as :

Press Enter to paste content into the upper cell area

Do not move to another cell after typing

Press Ctrl + Enter keys after typing to not move the cursor to the next cell

Or go to Tools - Options menu.Click the Edit tab.Deselect the Move selection after Enter Direction item.
