Microsoft's patch of Meltdown and Specter makes Windows Phone unstable, causing a blue screen error on the PC

After installing and using the vulnerability patch sent from Microsoft, users have reflected that their Windows Phone computers and devices are slow, applications on Windows Phone are not working, often restart.

Last week, Microsoft released security updates to address Meltdown and Specter vulnerabilities in Intel, AMD and ARM chips. After installing and using the vulnerability patch sent from Microsoft, users have reflected that their Windows Phone computers and devices are slow, applications on Windows Phone are not working, often restart. Currently Microsoft has stopped sending patches to subsequent users.

Although not yet released any information about the patch that caused the error, Microsoft is still working on a fix to send it to users as soon as possible.

To combat Meltdown and Specter, Microsoft also released an update on Windows PC. According to users, this security patch is also causing BSOD errors (blue screen errors) on PCs using AMD chipsets.

Windows 10 Mobile Build 15254.158 will bring security fixes for Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Graphics and Windows Kernel. Before the bug fix version is officially sent to users, you should temporarily not update the device.
