In the recent quarterly profit report, Microsoft has revealed more information that its latest tablet, the Surface Pro 3, has achieved far more impressive sales than the previous Surface Pro version.
Specifically, the Surface Pro family contributed to Microsoft's total revenue of 409 million USD. In particular, the Surface Pro 3 has achieved sales exceeding expectations of the company initially and of course, more than previous versions of Surface Pro.
Microsoft Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood said: " It's still too early to talk about the success of the Surface Pro 3, but sales of this product are growing faster than other versions . This It is good for the company, although it must be recognized that exceeding the sales record of a new product compared to previous versions is not too difficult . " However, Amy Hood did not give a detailed account of how much revenue the Surface Pro had earned.
This is clearly an optimistic signal for Microsoft's Surface Pro line when the later versions always have higher sales than the previous version: starting Surface RT, Surface Pro 2 and now Surface Pro 3.
