Specifically, a group of researchers led by Professor Anam Behera of Utkal University's history, culture and archeology department, and two students Kaibalya Charan Pati and Biswajit Behera have unearthed a series of tools. Stone Bronze Age in Mukundaprasad, Moulibandh belongs to Keranga and Dianparbati in Podaput area.

During excavation at three locations, the team discovered stone tools, including large weapons, small weapons, slippery stones and strange stone fragments.

The pieces of stone (also known as Khapara) of different colors are found from Balukeswar (Mukun-daprasad) showing the existence of the Bronze Age and they are about 4,500 years old. Similarly, stone weapons, sliver stones, and smooth round stones were discovered when passing the Moulibandh area in Keranga. Not only that, the team also found similar objects in the Dianparbati area of ​​Podaput region.

Experts say these places belong to three variations of civilization in the old cultural context. While weapons made of small stones can be viewed as objects of the Stone Age, slippery stones and stone fragments connecting ropes discovered from this site may belong to the new stone age. , corresponding to rock pieces with a life expectancy of 10,000 years in Japan, 6,000 years in Thailand and 8,000 years in Baluchistan, Pakistan was previously discovered.

" The pieces of red and brown stones also belong to the Bronze Stone Church," Professor Behera said.

Recently, university researchers discovered objects of 4,500-year-old civilization located on the shore of Chilika Lake. A few weeks ago, Utkal University students also discovered a Buddha image with a seven-headed snake from the Govindapur area near Banapur in Khurda district.
