Macs 'stick' smoke free from the company

Two people using Mac computers in Iowa and Oklahoma, the United States sent the device to an Apple store for repairs but were rejected because the computer was smoked with cigarette smoke.

There have been many cases where the computer has been refused warranty or repair because the external physical damage such as the case is distorted, scratched, there are holes . But the case is denied to repair the machine. New Mac computer users with cigarette smoke were first known.

Cnet said Apple stores and repair centers refused to accept repair of cigarette smoke-infected Mac computers because of the nicotine-contaminated hardware components found in cigarette smoke. This chemical is classified by the US National Workers' Health Safety Committee as hazardous chemicals that endanger workers. Therefore, Apple will not allow their employees to repair those " poisoned " machines.

Disgruntled, the two users with the smoke-rejected Macs filed a lawsuit against Apple. They took the reason that the terms and conditions of use recorded on the Apple Care coupon that they bought did not mention the above conditions as given by Apple. According to Cnet , Apple currently has no official information about this incident.
