3. Lights are white or green:

White or blue light means the TV is turned on.

1. The lamp is flashing white or blue, meaning the TV is turned on, and will stop flashing when the TV has finished booting. If the TV is turned on, but the light doesn't go on normally and keep flashing, turn off the TV and restart.
2. If you press the button on the remote and see the light blinking, it means the TV is receiving the signal from the remote. This is a perfectly normal expression.
