iOS 13.1.1, just released, has been cracked with Apple's unpatchable security hole
Axi0mX shared a video showing the iPhone X running iOS 13.1.1 has just been successfully jailbroken.
A few days ago, a security researcher with the nickname axi0mX announced a new security vulnerability called 'checkm8', which allows cracking all iPhones stretching from iPhone 4s to iPhone X in every iOS version. In particular, this vulnerability is a hardware flaw, so Apple cannot patch or fix bugs with software.
And to prove what they have discovered, Axi0mX recently shared a video showing the iPhone X running iOS 13.1.1 has just been successfully jailbroken.
This guy said, using the security checkm8 he could crack the iOS version 13.1.1 that Apple just launched a few days ago within 2 seconds.
According to Axi0mX, the checkm8 flaw allows users to jailbreak their iPhones despite updating to the latest iOS version.
- Apple released iOS 12.4.2, which supports older iPhones and iPads
- iOS 12.4 was cracked after only a few weeks of launch due to the mistake of Apple and an anonymous developer
