Step 1: First, you access the Google Drive page http://drive.google.com and log in with your Google account. You can use your Gmail account to login.

Step 3: Download the file (file) or folder (folder) from the computer.

You want to store the document on your computer on Google Drive, click the Upload icon (next to the Create button). If you want to download files from your computer, then select File (Files), if you want to download the folder from your computer select Folder (Enable folder upload) .

Then select the file or folder you want to upload and select Open .

Step 4: Share files and folders on Google Drive.

To share data on your Drive with friends, check the box before the file or folder you want to share. Then right click -> Share ( > ) -> Share . You can share as you like such as email to collaborators, emailed as attachments.

Enter the recipient's email address, and add notes if you want. Click Advanced to set access rights for the recipient.

Step 6: On the upper right of Drive is a horizontal menu bar, you can select the icon to display details and activities on Google Drive.
