The above information comes after Apple is also expected to 'death' ODD on new MacBook Pro models, and only provide this device if the customer recommends it.

Since the 'Apple ' actively prepared to launch the new MacBook Pro in the second quarter, other computer manufacturers have considered the MacBook Pro as a 'benchmark' to design the product.

So if the new MacBook Pro is unpopular with consumers, HP, Dell or Asus will soon change Apple's plan to follow the laptop model.

Sources leaked leaked from the manufacturer specializing in ODM said, when the ultrabook or notebook designed without ODD, the thickness of the device will be reduced by 1mm, along with the cost savings in about 20 USD.

If the ODD-deficient laptop is accepted by consumers, manufacturers are confident that they can reduce the price of the 15-inch ultrabook as well as the larger size, to increase the attractiveness of the product.
