+ The screen cannot rotate 180 degrees to make the most of the touch screen.
+ Battery life is not excellent

+ Camera is placed at the bottom corner of the screen, making it uncomfortable to use
With the 800-900 USD version, the answer is definitely yes. A Ultrabook laptop running Windows is super thin, light, beautiful screen, runs fast, smooth and no noise. This is a more reasonable choice than the 1200USD Macbook Air.
With the Dell XPS 13 2K touch screen ( 1300USD ), the answer is depending on demand. There are a lot of alternatives to this device for a cheaper price ( though there are some features that have been lost ) such as the Acer Aspire S7 13 inches and even the Macbook.
So what about readers? Let's share our feelings about this device. Do you buy a Dell XPS 13?
