How to restore Windows 10 copyright after deleting the installation partition

Windows 10 users sometimes have to reinstall the operating system. And reformatting the hard drive partition caused the copyright of Windows to be lost. Please refer to a few recovery methods below.

1. Restore from mainboard

If your Windows 10 is preinstalled on the system you purchased, the license key will be saved on the computer mainboard.
Now you just need to install Windows normally, skip entering the license key during the installation. When the installation is completed, the system will automatically update and activate the copyright from the key saved on the mainboard.

2. Recover from a Microsoft account

This method requires that your old installation of Windows 10 is connected to a Microsoft account and you have associated the license with that account.
You install Windows normally and skip the license key. When you step up to create a Microsoft account, you only need to log in to the Microsoft account you used to log into on the old copyrighted operating system.

3. Check payment of Microsoft account

If you purchased your Windows 10 license key from Microsoft, you can recover it by visiting your purchase account.
Go to account.microsoft.com and log into the account you used to buy.
Click on the avatar icon, choose Order History.
Look at the filter column on the left, making sure all your purchases are displayed. And your Windows 10 license key will show up there, click on it to see the key. If you have a problem, you can get the Order number of the license application and contact Microsoft for help
