How to lose belly fat in a night with just 1 cup of this water

Before going to bed, drink a cup of this water, making sure how thick your belly fat will quickly disappear.

A mixture of cinnamon - honey - parsley

Material

  1. 1 cinnamon stick
  2. 1 tbsp of honey
  3. 5 fast parsley
  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Making

  1. Step 1: Parsley washed, cut
  2. Step 2: Add parsley and remaining ingredients to the blender and puree. Pour the pureed mixture into a cup, adding some ice.

Mixed batch of households - cucumber

Material

  1. 2 branch aloe
  2. 1 cucumber
  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger
  5. 80ml of water

Making

  1. Step 1: Remove aloe vera peeled off under cold running water to remove all oil, cucumber cleaned, peeled and cut
  2. Step 2: Put aloe vera, chopped cucumbers and the remaining ingredients in the blender and puree
  3. Step 3: Pour the mixture on the cup, can add a little ice for easy drinking.

Note

  1. Should be used 3 times / week to see the effect.
  2. The mixture has lemon, so people with stomach pain need to limit it and use it less often.
  3. Drink 30 minutes before bed to avoid feeling full and having trouble sleeping.
  4. Practicing yoga or accompanying exercise to quickly achieve your desired waistline.
  5. Clean the ingredients before pureing, using only the aloe meat after removing the skin and draining the plastic.
