This is the test result of NSS Labs on 11 most popular antivirus software on the market.
Trend Micro's Titanium Maximum Security is 90% in attack prevention (up to 90%), then McAfee's Internet Security (85.2%) and F-Secure Internet Security 2010 (80.4%).

Although Microsoft Security Essentials is still young, it can withstand 75% of dangerous attacks , outperforming other fee-based products like Panda Internet Security 2011 (73.1%), Norton Internet Security 2010 (72, 3%), Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 (71.3%) and AVG's Internet Security 9 (54.8%).
According to NSS Labs, most security software works less efficiently than last year.
