To fix errors that cannot open Facebook on Windows 10, follow the steps below:

1. On the Search Bar, enter the Control Panel keyword to open the Control Panel window.

2. Next on the Control Panel window, select System and Security , then find and select the Windows Firewall option .

3. Next on the Windows Firewall window, in the left pane, click Select Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall .

4. Click Change settings .

If you are prompted for an Admin account password or require confirmation, simply enter the password or provide a confirmation option.

5. Select the power check box next to the program you want to allow, then select the Network locations you want the programs to communicate with, then click OK.

6. Next, select the Allow another App .

7. Click Browse and then add Facebook to the list.

8. Click Apply and then check by reopening the Facebook application.
