With a passion for the universe, artist David Peterson used sequential images from the international space station (ISS) to create a lively video of the night view of the Earth from above.

In the video you will admire the unique natural aurora phenomena , the red light stream also called Aurora Austalis unleashing the Earth's atmosphere. And watch their movements from the Indian Ocean and head to Australia, then spread out on this ocean and finally stop in the Southern Hemisphere.

You will be amazed at the magnificent and sparkling scenes of the Earth when the camera moves from the West Bank of North and South America, the area from North to South in Florida, then to Bahamas and Caribbean Islands, followed by Southeast Asia, Philippine Sea, and Western Europe (France, Italy, Greece, Turkey).
