Windows 10 2004 Update causes annoying bugs for Google Chrome

Windows 10 2004 Update is a major update with lots of changes. It has been internally tested by Microsoft for 15 months and 5 months for user release in the test Windows Insider program. However, perhaps because the update is too big and supports too many devices, Microsoft cannot fix all the errors before officially releasing.
