Warning: in 2018 there will be 20 extremely serious earthquakes occurring because the Earth is slowing down
Experts warn that in 2018 there will be about 20 extremely serious earthquakes that affect at least 1 billion people.
The Earth is slowing down at a very small rate due to the influence of gravity on the Moon - also known as tidal forces. Experts at the University of Colorado and the University of Montana have demonstrated that this phenomenon has huge consequences.

Experts warn that in 2018 there will be about 20 extremely serious earthquakes that affect at least 1 billion people.
The Earth suffers a gravitational pull from the Moon, its near face will bear more force than its far side. And that is what causes the Earth's tides and also makes the Moon move away from our planet about 4cm each year.
But the shift of the Moon to the far end creates an inverse force, creating friction that slows the Earth's rotation speed by about 15 parts per million to 20 parts per second per year.
Despite being very small, experts say this slowing rate after a period of accumulation is sufficient to increase seismic activity, causing earthquakes.
Dr. Roger Bilham of the University of Colorado said, there is a strong link between the rotation of the Earth and the earthquake. That is a sign that in the coming years, many major earthquakes will occur.
Bilham believes that the slowing speed of the Earth could alter the iron and nickel shapes inside the core, making the geological coating a little more adherent to the Earth's crust. This causes the outer flow of the Earth's core to change and cause an imbalance with the rate of hardening of the crust. Although these are only minor changes, enough to change the shape of the Earth.
According to statistics, there are 5 more earthquake stages in the 20th century. Of which 25% - 30% are 7 magnitude earthquakes or more and all coincide with the slow speed of the Left Land.
In 2017, only about 6 earthquakes took place and left no serious consequences. But by 2018, we will see an increase in earthquakes, the number could reach 20 matches.
Since 1990, 80% of earthquakes above 7 degrees east of the Caribbean Sea often occur in a 5-year deceleration cycle. Usually there are only about 15 earthquakes each year but during this period, there are times up to 30 matches.
